Aanjaneya Lifecare Ltd IPO

Aanjaneya Lifecare Ltd Company was originally incorporated as “Anjaneya Biotech Private Limited” on January 03, 2006 under the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation bearing CIN U24230MH2006PTC158589 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. The name of our Company was changed to “Aanjaneya Biotech Private Limited” vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 08, 2007. This Company was converted into a public limited company vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 12, 2010 and subsequently the name of our Company was changed to “Aanjaneya Biotech Limited”. The name of Company was then changed to ‘Aanjaneya Lifecare Limited’ vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 19, 2010.

Aanjaneya has a manufacturing facility in Mahad near Mumbai. This facility provides multi-therapeutic product offerings comprising high-end Alkaloids, Quinine Salts, and Veterinary APIs & Cytotoxic API's. Company also has a Finished Dosages Facility at Perungut Pune. This facility is for manufacturing various types of dosage forms such as Liquid Syrups, oral tablets, lozenges and Gels in several product categories complying with international standards. The Mumbai-based company is also considering a pre-IPO placement of up to Rs 30 crore with certain investors, as per the details available with its Draft Red Herring Prospectus filed with Securities and Exchange Board of India.
